«سَنَا» تطبيقٌ لحجز خدمات التصوير في المملكة العربية السعودية، تُشغّله شركة «دارة (Darh)». هذه الصفحة تجمع طرق التواصل معنا للدعم الفني والاستفسارات والبلاغات.
التواصل مع الدعم
أسرع طريقة للحصول على المساعدة هي من داخل التطبيق: «حسابي» ← «المساعدة والدعم» ← «إنشاء تذكرة»، وستصلكِ ردودنا في المحادثة نفسها. ويمكن التواصل كذلك عبر البريد:
يُفضَّل ذكر البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الجوال المسجَّل في الحساب، ووصف المشكلة، وإرفاق لقطة شاشة إن أمكن.
نحرص على الردّ في أقرب وقت، وتُعطى بلاغات الإساءة والمحتوى المخالف أولوية المعالجة.
الإبلاغ عن محتوى أو إساءة
داخل التطبيق: من زرّ «⋯» في الملف الشخصي أو المحادثة يمكنكِ الإبلاغ عن محتوى أو سلوك مخالف، أو حظر المستخدمة. وإذا لم يكن لديكِ حساب، أو تعذّر الإبلاغ من داخل التطبيق (كتسريب صورة خارج المنصّة)، فراسلينا عبر البريد أعلاه وسنتعامل مع البلاغ بجدّيّة.
الحساب والبيانات الشخصية
حذف الحساب متاح من داخل التطبيق: «حسابي» ← «تعديل الملف الشخصي» (أو «تعديل بياناتي» إن كنتِ مصوّرة) ← «حذف الحساب»، وتفاصيل المعالجة والحذف مبيّنة في سياسة الخصوصية. ولطلبات الحقوق المتعلّقة بالبيانات الشخصية: info@darh.tech.

The fastest way to get help is from inside the app: Account → Help & Support → Create a ticket — our replies arrive in the same thread. You can also email us:
Please include the email or mobile number registered on the account, a description of the issue, and a screenshot if possible.
We aim to respond as quickly as we can; reports of abuse and violating content are handled with priority.
Reporting content or abuse
Inside the app, the "⋯" button on a profile or conversation lets you report violating content or behavior, or block a user. If you don't have an account, or the report can't be filed in-app (for example an image leaked outside the platform), email us at the address above and we will treat the report seriously.
Account & personal data
Account deletion is available inside the app: Account → Edit profile (or Edit my details if you are a photographer) → Delete account. Processing and deletion details are set out in the Privacy Policy. For personal-data rights requests: info@darh.tech.
